Role Description The Content Writer/Creator will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for multiple business verticals, including marketing, events, real estate, and professional services. Day-to-day work includes drafting web copy, blogs, articles, social media posts, and marketing materials; refining messaging for different audiences; and collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and translate it into compelling content. The role also involves researching industry topics, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring consistency in tone and quality across all channels.

This is a full-time,



in office role based in Gurugram, requiring close coordination with local teams and active participation in planning and review meetings.

Qualifications

Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.

Ability to develop and refine Content Strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.

Proficiency in Research to understand industries, target segments, and trends, and to support evidence-based content.

Attention to detail in Proofreading to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Excellent command of written English and the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and formats.

Basic familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization for digital channels.

Strong organizational skills, including time management, content planning, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, collaborating with cross-functional teams and receiving feedback constructively.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in content creation for professional services, marketing agencies, or multi-business environments is an advantage.
