Role Description The Content Strategist at Kreative & Co. will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms to support brand and performance marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing content strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with designers and marketers to produce campaigns, and managing editorial calendars and content workflows. The role also involves analyzing content performance, optimizing messaging for different channels, and ensuring brand consistency in tone and style.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact content initiatives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in Content Strategy and Content Development to plan and execute cohesive, goal-oriented content initiatives.

Experience with Content Management, including maintaining editorial calendars,



managing workflows, and coordinating with creative and marketing teams.

Solid Web Content Writing and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content across websites, social media, and campaign assets.

Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in digital marketing or branding within an agency or high-growth environment is an advantage.
