Key Responsibilities:
Acquire recent customers through field sales and lead generation.
Promote and sell bank liability products such as Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Fixed Deposits (FD), and Recurring Deposits (RD).
Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, FASTag, and other banking products.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with bank policies.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
