Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications and platforms.
Team Management: Guide, mentor, and coach junior and mid-level engineers; foster a cooperative and high-performing team culture.
System Architecture: Drive discussions on design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Develop frontend applications (React/Angular/Vue) and backend services (Node.js, Python, Java).
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or open-source equivalents).
Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of deployed systems.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly in open-source, cloud-native, and AI-driven ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of proven experience in cloud engineering and full-stack development.




Track record of leading teams or technical ownership of projects.
Solid proficiency in:
Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue (with deep JavaScript/TypeScript expertise).
Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or Java/Spring.
Databases: SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

Expert-level experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or open-source alternatives).
Robust expertise in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with automation & infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions in production.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
Experience with Agentic AI applications and integrations.
Contributions to open-source projects or thought leadership in engineering communities.
Experience in scaling engineering teams or leading multiple squads.
