Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards during all maintenance activities.
Coordinate with production for maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and equipment history records.
Lead and guide maintenance technicians; manage contractors as required.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
Ensure statutory compliance for pressure vessels, boilers, lifting equipment, etc.
Support plant modification, expansion, and reliability improvement projects.
