Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with showroom and internal teams to address customer requirements.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Assist with order tracking, exchanges, and other customer support activities.

Requirements:
Any graduate or undergraduate.
Valuable communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: As per company standards (based on experience).
