Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit, Lead and support the sales team to improve performance
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Generate current business prospects.
Conduct regular market visits.
Monitor competitor activities.
Ensure timely order collection and payments.

Candidate Profile:
A bachelor's degree in any industry.
1+ years of sales & marketing experience
Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
