Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business enquiries and develop customers in India & overseas markets
Handle sales and marketing of Stainless Steel, Aluminium & Special Metals
Follow up on quotations, customer requirements, and pending orders
Maintain customer database and regular communication through email & calls
Prepare quotations, maintain sales records, and update CRM/Excel data
Visit customers when required
Support email marketing and lead generation activities

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Metal / Steel / Industrial Products industry preferred
Basic understanding of grades such as SS304, SS316, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Copper Alloys, Aluminium, etc.
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Excel, Outlook/Gmail, and basic computer operations
Ability to independently handle customer follow-ups
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
