Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists
Introduce and promote our products and services effectively
Answer queries and provide detailed information to prospects
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system
Follow up with leads as necessary to maximise engagement opportunities
Achieve daily call targets and contribute to team performance goals
Handle customer objections professionally and courteously




Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team

Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is desirable but not essential
Excellent verbal communication skills with a explicit and confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software or similar tools
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and improve sales techniques
Previous experience in a target-driven environment is advantageous but not mandatory
