Position: HSE / Safety Consultant

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Gurgaon Sec. 49

Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc.
Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and client requirements.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees and contractors.
Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and statutory compliance records.
Support emergency preparedness, response planning, and safety drills.




Promote a solid safety culture through awareness initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
Ability to conduct safety audits and deliver training sessions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3–5 years of relevant experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering projects.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Relevant HSE certifications will be an added advantage.
