We're hiring: Video Editor, Leadership Content | ISKCON Bangalore

ISKCON Bangalore's Online Communications department reaches millions every month across YouTube, Instagram, Spotify and Facebook. We are expanding the team that produces content for two of our most important voices: senior leadership.

This is a craft role. You will turn hours of lecture, interview and event footage into short-form films that people actually stop scrolling for.

What you'll do
Cut Reels, Shorts and long-form videos from lecture, interview and event footage
Build the story: find the hook in a 40-minute talk and land it in 60 seconds
Subtitles, sound design, music, colour, and clean audio clean-up
Work to a weekly publishing calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X
Maintain a disciplined file and project structure on our shared archive

What we're looking for
2+ years editing short-form social video
Adobe Premiere Pro at an expert level. This is our primary edit tool and you should be rapid in it
Adobe After Effects at a working qualified level. Titles, lower thirds,



kinetic typography, masking, tracking. Required, not a bonus
Adobe Audition (or equivalent) for audio clean-up and levelling
You use AI properly. AI images, AI video and AI transcription are already part of how we work. You should be able to direct a model, not just prompt it once, and know when AI is the wrong answer
A genuine feel for pacing, silence, and where a cut should land
Comfortable with spoken-word and talking-head content. This is not a montage job
A showreel or portfolio link is mandatory

We have a small team carrying a large publishing load. Nobody here will stand behind you.
