We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects through various channels.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings to generate leads.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
