The Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing various financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting financial reporting and analysis within the school. The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our school by ensuring accurate financial reporting,

Key Responsibilities ( Accounts Executive):
Financial Reporting and Analysis:

· Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the school's financial performance.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:

· Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying expense reports, and ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.

· Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments from students, parents, and other stakeholders.

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions with bank statements and financial records.
Financial Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures,



including those related to taxation, payroll, and financial reporting.

· Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards relevant to the school's operations.
General Accounting Support:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system, including journal entries, ledger entries, and account reconciliations.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and account analysis.

· Provide support to Director in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
