LEVEL DESIGNER (2+ yrs)
Easy to start. Hard to stop. That's the curve you'll build.
→ Design levels with smart difficulty progression & player retention in mind
→ Prototype rapidly, test rigorously, iterate constantly
→ At least 2 shipped games or a strong prototype portfolio required
→ Robust grasp of pacing, balancing & player psychology
