Ad Boo Marketing is hiring a Content Creator & Social Media Executive to be deployed on-site at a leading Trivandrum business College. You'll be our person on campus: shooting events, cutting Reels, designing posts, and working directly with faculty. Fast turnaround, real ownership, visible output.

What you'll do

- Shoot and edit short-form vertical video from campus events: convocations, guest lectures, admissions events, student activities
- Turn raw phone footage into publish-ready Reels and Shorts, same day
- Design and adapt social creatives for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Handle last-mile design fixes in office without waiting on the central team
- Coordinate directly with faculty and department heads to gather event details
- Publish on schedule and report weekly into the Ad Boo team

What we're looking for

- 1–2 years of hands-on social content work: agency or in-house
- Strong with CapCut or Premiere Pro, plus Canva or Photoshop




- Comfortable holding the camera yourself and directing people who aren't used to being filmed
- Can write clean English captions in two different register: professional for LinkedIn, punchy for Instagram
- Available for evening and Saturday campus events
- Based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum

Nice to have

- Experience with education, campus, or event content
- Basic understanding of paid social and content performance metrics
