Hands-on experience creating ads for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels is mandatory.

Write high-converting ad scripts with a clear understanding of the target persona and creative hypothesis.

Generate video ads using AI tools such as Veo3 and other generative AI platforms.

Shoot content featuring yourself on camera.

Continuously iterate and optimize winning creatives based on performance.

Bonus if you can edit videos. What we are looking for?

Fluency in hindi is required

Strong understanding of short-form content and what makes it perform.





Prior experience creating short-form ad creatives.

Ability to analyze creative performance and understand key metrics.

1 short assignment
