The Content Creator plays a key role in documenting, preserving, and communicating the story of the institution through compelling visual storytelling. The position involves capturing, editing, and managing visual assets across all TRINS campuses to align with the school's digital media and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Capture: Capture high-quality photographs and videos across all TRINS institutions covering academic activities, sports, events, classrooms, and student life. Proactively identify compelling stories.
- Daily School Documentation: Cover daily campus activities, capture candid moments, and ensure all major events are visually documented.
- Editing: Edit reels, short-form videos, event recaps, and promotional films according to creative direction while maintaining organized project files.
- Photography: Produce professional photographs for Social Media, Website, Annual Reports, Admissions Campaigns, Internal Communications, and Press Releases.
- Asset Management & Storage: Organize and back up footage by school, event, date, and academic year to designated storage platforms.
- Social Content Pipeline: Deliver formatted assets within agreed timelines for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the school website. Maintain a weekly content bank.
- Equipment Responsibility: Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and accessories. Ensure batteries are charged and SD backups are routinely kept.
- Creative Participation: Attend brainstorming sessions, pitch reel/visual concepts, and stay updated on current social media trends.




- Qualified Conduct: Maintain confidentiality regarding students/operations, obtain permissions before filming sensitive situations, and represent TRINS professionally.
- Additional Duties: Support admissions campaigns, cover major events (TEDx, Broadway, Spectra, Sports Day, Graduation), travel between campuses, and cover assigned weekend events.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Journalism, Film, Multimedia (or equivalent), OR a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

- Experience in educational, corporate, or brand content creation.
- Knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, lighting, audio gear, and basic motion graphics (After Effects).
- Familiarity with current social media trends and formats.
- Strong verbal communication in English (Malayalam proficiency is an added advantage) and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and guests.

Portfolio Requirement:

- Mandatory: A portfolio showcasing photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling must be submitted alongside the application.
