About the Role

We are looking for a Content Creation Intern who is comfortable being hands-on with reel shooting, editing, and on-ground content creation .

Content creation will be your primary responsibility, but you will also work on business development and customer operations whenever required.

You will work closely with the founder and team and get exposure to content, sales, partnerships, and day-to-day startup operations.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Reels

- Shoot Instagram Reels and short-form videos for Voorent.
- Visit customer homes and locations to shoot furniture, installations, makeovers, and customer stories.
- Shoot behind-the-scenes content from manufacturing, delivery, and operations.
- Assist in developing reel concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools .
- Maintain a consistent flow of content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Experiment with different formats, hooks, and trends to improve reach and engagement.

Phone Requirement

- You must have an iPhone 16 or iPhone 17 for shooting content.
- You should be comfortable shooting high-quality videos using your phone.
- Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, angles, and shooting is preferred.

Business Development

- Reach out to property brokers and real estate consultants for partnership and referral tie-ups.




- Call brokers and explain Voorent's referral/partnership model.
- Follow up with potential partners and maintain relationships.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads when required.

Customer Operations

- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Assist with payment collection and payment follow-ups .
- Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries, installations, and other requirements.
- Help the team resolve basic customer issues and ensure smooth order execution.

What We're Looking For
- Solid interest in content creation and social media .
- Good communication skills and confidence while talking to customers and brokers.
- Comfortable making phone calls and doing business development.
- Willing to travel to customer locations across Gurgaon/NCR for shooting.
- Good editing skills using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar apps .
- Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes a Reel engaging.
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a startup setting where responsibilities can change quickly.

Work Location Gurgaon — Work From Office

You will also be required to travel to customer locations, furniture sites, manufacturers, and other locations in NCR for content shooting and business activities.
