Role Description The Configuration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining configuration settings for software, hardware, and related systems used within the organization, ensuring consistency, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include setting up and updating configuration baselines, documenting configuration changes, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to support product and service delivery.

The Configuration

Specialist will identify and resolve configuration-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement of configuration processes and standards.



The role also involves clear communication with stakeholders, supporting internal users, and ensuring configurations support optimal performance of CompuTech’s technology environment.

Qualifications

- Strong configuration management skills, including experience with creating, tracking, and maintaining configuration items and baselines.
