Conference Producer – B2B Conferences About the Role

Worldlink Conferences is looking for a Conference Producer to lead the research, development, and execution of high-level B2B conferences across the Middle East. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys market research, engaging with senior industry leaders, building commercially relevant conference agendas, and delivering impactful events from concept to completion.

Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends, key challenges, market opportunities, and relevant conference themes and topics.

Develop and manage the end-to-end conference agenda, including themes, session formats, keynote topics, panel discussions, fireside chats, workshops, and networking sessions.

Research, approach, pitch, and secure senior industry leaders, C-level executives, government representatives, consultants, and subject-matter experts as speakers, moderators, and panelists.

Manage the complete speaker and partner engagement process, including confirmations, briefings, biographies, photographs, presentations, logos, permits, and other event requirements.

Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, production, sponsors, and partners to align conference content, commercial requirements, branding, logistics, and promotional activities.

Continuously monitor industry developments and audience requirements, updating agendas, speakers, and session content to ensure the conference remains relevant,



timely, and high-value.

Take ownership of on-site conference execution, managing speakers, moderators, sessions, timings, last-minute changes, technical requirements, and coordination with the production and operations teams on the event day.

Conduct post-event reviews and stakeholder follow-ups, gathering feedback, evaluating conference performance, maintaining industry relationships, and identifying opportunities for future editions and new conferences.

Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Events Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in conference production, event management, research, or a similar B2B role.

Excellent research, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Confidence engaging with senior executives, government representatives, and industry experts.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Valid passport and willingness to travel for conferences and industry events as required.
