Key Responsibilities

- Experience in administer and support Cloudera CDP/CDH clusters.
- Manage Hadoop ecosystem components such as HDFS, YARN, Hive, Impala, Spark, and Kafka.
- Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning.
- Handle Linux server administration, patching, and capacity management.
- Implement security using Kerberos, LDAP/AD, and Ranger.
- Automate routine tasks using Shell/Python scripting.
- Support incident management, RCA, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of Cloudera/Hadoop administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Cloudera Manager, CDP/CDH.
- Robust knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with HDFS, YARN, Hive, Impala, Spark, Kafka.
- Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, Ranger, and cluster security.
- Scripting skills in Shell and/or Python.
- Good troubleshooting and production support experience.

Nice to Have: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CDE/CDW Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus, DevOps exposure.
