Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer role based in Jaipur. The CAD Designer will develop detailed 2D and 3D jewelry designs and technical drawings for sterling silver and gemstone pieces, aligned with the company’s aesthetic and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design concepts into precise CAD models, preparing construction drawings for production, and collaborating with designers, craftspeople, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and consistency.





The role involves refining designs based on feedback, maintaining an organized library of CAD files, and supporting customization requests from clients. The CAD Designer will also work closely with quality control to ensure designs meet dimensional, structural, and finishing requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, with experience in jewelry or product design software.

- Candidates should possess solid Technical Drawing and Construction Drawings skills to create accurate, production-ready documentation.

- Candidates should possess strong Drawing and visualisation abilities to translate concepts into accurate, aesthetically refined designs.

- Candidates should possess Design Engineering skills to ensure structural integrity, practicality, and efficient manufacturing of designs.

- Relevant diploma or degree in jewelry design, industrial design, mechanical design, or a related field is beneficial.

- Experience in silver or gemstone jewelry design, familiarity with casting and handmade manufacturing processes, and attention to detail are highly valued.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to feedback, and manage multiple design projects within deadlines is expected.
