We provide professional consultancy, advisory, regulatory compliance, internal audit, concurrent audit, and related services to various SEBI-registered intermediaries and entities operating in the financial services sector.
Our clientele includes Stock Brokers, Portfolio Managers, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Investment Advisers, Research Analysts, Mutual Fund Distributors, Merchant Bankers, Depository Participants, and other capital market intermediaries.

1. Company Secretary, LLB:-2 Positions
- Candidates who have successfully cleared CMA Final.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Candidates with an interest in regulatory compliance, audit, financial analysis and capital market-related assignments will be preferred.
- Candidates having prior capital market or financial services experience will be considered for competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.
2. CMA Intermediate – 2 Positions
- Candidates who have successfully cleared CMA Intermediate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in capital markets, regulatory compliance,
audit and financial services will be preferred.
3. CMA Final – 2 Positions
- Candidates who have successfully cleared CMA Final.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Candidates with an interest in regulatory compliance, audit, financial analysis and capital market-related assignments will be preferred.
- Candidates having prior capital market or financial services experience will be considered for competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.
