Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–8 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in financial reporting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), statutory compliance, and MIS reporting. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support business decision-making through accurate financial insights and ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Lead financial reporting activities and ensure timely closure of books.

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for management review.





Monitor business performance and provide actionable financial insights.

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and internal audits.

Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.

Work closely with business stakeholders to support strategic financial decision-making.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities with high accuracy and timeliness.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

3–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Compliance, and MIS Reporting.

Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, and direct taxation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) is preferred.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the IT/FinTech/BFSI industry is an added advantage.

Exposure to automation, business analytics, and financial dashboards.

Strong business partnering and presentation skills.
