Designation: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary / CS Executive

Experience: 1–2 years (or freshers with CS Executive/Skilled cleared)

Responsibilities:

● Assist the CS/Compliance team in preparation and filing of ROC forms and returns

● Support maintenance of statutory registers and minutes books

● Help compile documentation for Board and Committee Meetings – agendas, notices, and minute drafts under supervision

● Track RERA and other regulatory filing deadlines and maintain the compliance calendar

● Assist with basic drafting of resolutions, letters, and compliance correspondence

● Support document collation for audits and due diligence processes

● Coordinate with auditors and consultants for information/document requirements as directed

Qualifications & Experience:

● CS Executive/Professional passed (pursuing final CS, or awaiting result); ICSI registered student

● 1–2 years of relevant experience, or freshers with CS Executive/Professional cleared





● Basic working knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 and ROC filing procedures

Skills Required:

● Basic knowledge of Companies Act and ROC filing process

● Willingness to learn and work under supervision

● Good drafting and documentation skills

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

● Prior internship or exposure in a CS firm or corporate compliance department

● Familiarity with the MCA21 portal

Mandatory Key Skills:

● Basic knowledge of Companies Act, ROC Filing Process, MS Office
