Role Description The Compliance Executive (Labour Law) will be responsible for ensuring that client organizations comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing employment policies and contracts, monitoring statutory compliances (such as registrations, licenses, and filings), and maintaining accurate records related to workforce regulations.

The role involves preparing compliance reports, coordinating with HR and management teams to implement legal updates, and supporting audits or inspections by authorities.

The Compliance

Executive will also advise internal stakeholders and clients on labor law issues,



help resolve compliance-related queries, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance skills, with experience in labor law compliance, statutory requirements, and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess solid Law-related knowledge, preferably with a background in labor legislation, employment laws, and relevant local and national regulations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with clients, HR teams, legal advisors, and government authorities.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret legal texts, assess compliance risks, and recommend practical solutions.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field; specialized certifications in labor law or compliance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in compliance, HR, or legal roles within consulting, staffing, or corporate environments is preferred.
- Ability to work with documentation and reporting tools, maintain accurate records, and manage deadlines for statutory filings.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to staying updated on changes in labor and employment regulations.
