Project Manager – Commercial Office Interiors

Experience: 5–10 Years | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Interiors Project Manager to independently manage end-to-end execution of corporate office fit-out projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from planning and design coordination through execution and final handover.
- Coordinate directly with International Project Consultants (IPC/PMC), clients, architects and consultants.
- Manage civil, interior and MEP execution, ensuring quality, timelines and specifications are met.
- Drive project schedules, resource planning, procurement and material delivery.
- Manage contractors, vendors and subcontractors and resolve execution issues.
- Monitor BOQ, costs, project documentation, quality and safety.
- Lead client meetings, progress reviews, snagging and final handover.

Critical Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in commercial/corporate office interior projects.




- Proven end-to-end project execution/ownership experience.
- Mandatory experience working with International Project Consultants / PMCs.
- Robust exposure to turnkey interiors and MEP coordination.
- Good understanding of BOQ, cost control, procurement and project scheduling.
- Strong client, contractor and vendor management skills.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.

Ideal Candidate: An execution-focused Project Manager who has independently delivered large/high-end corporate office fit-outs and can effectively manage consultants, clients, contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary MEP/interior teams.
