Founder's Office Intern

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Internship: Full-Time
Stipend: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Work directly with the Founder to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and support business operations at a fast-growing Dubai based AI-powered startup.

You'll work across client success, project management, and strategic initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling a startup. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management
Manage client relationships and ensure a excellent client experience
Conduct onboarding, weekly check-ins, and follow-ups
Coordinate feedback, approvals, and client communication

Project Management
Coordinate with content, design, and other internal teams
Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
Resolve execution bottlenecks and maintain project trackers

Founder's Office
Support the Founder on strategic projects and business operations
Conduct research and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Improve internal processes using AI and automation

Ideal Candidate

Someone who enjoys managing relationships, coordinating projects, and learning how startups build exceptional client experiences and scale operations.
MBA graduates or final-year students will be preferred.
