Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller who can handle high-volume calling, generate leads, and effectively communicate with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Make 200–250 calls per day to potential clients
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Explain property details, offers, and company services clearly
Maintain a positive and professional approach on calls
Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements




Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Ability to handle high call volumes (200–250 calls/day)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
