Reporting: Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Budget management: Prepare, monitor, and manage the company's budget, and look for cost-reduction prospects.
Risk management: Conduct risk analysis and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Investment oversight: Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend strategies to the executive team.
Team leadership: Manage and provide direction to the finance and accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
