We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller with experience of 1-2yrs . The role involves working with point clouds to create detailed as-built models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
This position is ideal for candidates experienced in reality capture workflows and interested in working on renovation, retrofit, and international BIM projects.
Key Responsibilities
Convert point cloud data (LAS, RCP, E57 formats) into accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit
Develop LOD 200–400 models based on project requirements
Model architectural, structural, and MEP elements from data and 2D Drawings.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment with real-world conditions
Perform quality checks and validate model accuracy against scans
Coordinate with project teams and incorporate markups/redlines
Generate 2D drawings, sections, and documentation from BIM models
Maintain project standards, naming conventions, and BIM workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture.
1–2 years of experience in MEP Modelling
Robust proficiency in Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure)
Positive knowledge of construction drawings and site conditions
