Mandatory Requirement:

We are only looking for candidates with prior experience in Residential Real Estate Channel Sales / Channel Partner Firms. Applications from candidates without relevant real estate channel sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
Drive team performance to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Coach and develop team members to improve sales conversions.
Monitor daily activities, productivity, and CRM compliance.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
