Experience: 2–5 Years in NBFC/Microfinance/Banking Collection
Responsibilities:
Manage collection & recovery operations.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Handle Bucket 1, 2 & 3 overdue cases.
Monitor and guide collection team.
Customer follow-up through calls and field visits.
Maintain MIS and daily collection reports.
Improve recovery and reduce overdue portfolio.
Required Skills:
Communication, Negotiation, Customer Handling, Team Management, Collection & Recovery, MS Excel/MIS and Target Achievement.
