Familiarity supporting a custom-built eCommerce platform in a distributed workplace.
Solid technical understanding of Java microservices architecture, API management, Event streaming/messaging using Kafka, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps / Service Bus / Event Grid / etc.), ESB concepts (routing, transformation, orchestration, canonical models).
Proven capability running: · Incident management (P1/P2), SWAT calls, stakeholder comms.
Problem management and driving RCAs to closure · SOP/runbook authoring and operational governance.
Solid understanding of observability and ops practices: · Logs/metrics/traces, alerting hygiene, dashboards, error budgets.
