Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Executive to manage end to end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resume, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of job vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on the job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Search and source suitable candidates through job portals, references , and databases.
Screen candidate resumes and conduct telephonic / initial interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain candidate records, interview status and recruitment reports.
Handle recruitment for multiple positions.




Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Ensure a qualified candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
Good communication skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills
Positive attitude, team work, and target oriented approach

Graduate / MBA HR / any relevant qualification
Fresher with valuable communication skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
