We are looking for confident and well-spoken female Telecallers to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The role involves contacting customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned data.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
Generate leads and support the sales/collection process.
Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Ensure polite, ethical, and skilled communication at all times.
Eligibility Criteria:Female candidates only.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills Required:Positive communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle calls confidently.
Basic computer knowledge.
