Operate and monitor the 25 TPH boiler safely and efficiently.
Start up, shut down, and maintain secure boiler operation.
Monitor steam pressure, temperature, feedwater quality, and fuel consumption.
Conduct regular blowdown, water-level checks, and safety-valve inspections.
Ensure proper operation of water treatment and deaerator systems.
Ensure compliance with the Boilers Act, safety standards, and plant SOPs.
Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply to the alumina plant.
Record boiler parameters, fuel usage, and operational logs.
Identify abnormalities and report or rectify minor faults.
Supervise boiler attendants and maintain housekeeping around the boiler area.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
