R3N Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual design projects. This role is ideal for professionals who can think strategically, manage design workflows, and deliver impactful creative solutions across digital and offline platforms.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity, guiding junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce compelling marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of marketing creatives, including social media, website banners, ads, brochures, and presentations
Develop and maintain solid brand guidelines and visual identity
Create high-quality graphics for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Review and guide junior designers to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver effective designs
Translate business and marketing goals into visually compelling concepts




Ensure consistency across all digital and offline design materials
Optimize designs based on performance and feedback
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role

Required Skills
Solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Experience in branding and visual identity development
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
Ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and creativity
