Role Overview

We are looking for a Color Grading Specialist to join our post-production team on a contract basis.

This role focuses exclusively on real estate video content, including interior walkthroughs, exterior property shots, and drone footage. You will be responsible for ensuring all footage is professionally color graded, visually consistent, and ready for final assembly in our internal delivery system.

Key Responsibilities

Color grade real estate video footage to a consistent, professional standard

Maintain natural, true-to-life color representation across all shots

Ensure interior spaces are bright, clean, and visually inviting without over-processing

Balance exposure and white balance across mixed lighting environments

Maintain consistency between clips within full property tours

Preserve highlight detail, including window views, where possible

Work within fast turnaround deadlines (same-day delivery)

Follow structured workflows using our internal delivery system

Technical Requirements

Strong experience in professional color grading workflows





Final Cut Pro experience is an asset (not required)

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive workflow

Comfortable working within a structured internal editing system (no project file delivery required)

Strong understanding of shot matching and visual continuity

Quality Expectations

We are extremely focused on consistency and realism. Successful candidates must be able to:

Produce natural, accurate, and balanced visuals

Avoid over-stylized or artificial-looking grades

Maintain consistent exposure and colour across full property tours

Compensation

25,000 – 40,000 INR per month

Screening Process

Applicants will be required to complete practical test. The test will include:

Grading a full real estate tour from raw footage

Ensuring consistency across multiple rooms and lighting conditions

Providing a short written explanation of your grading decisions and workflow approach

Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume workflows

Able to follow structured systems without deviation

Self-managed and reliable in meeting deadlines

Open to feedback and iteration

Solid in written and spoken English communication

Experienced in delivering consistent visual standards across large batches of similar content

Location: Remote (Hiring globally, team based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada)

Type: Contract

Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (6 days per week)
