Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of ventures built at Parshva Technologies. This is a full-time, in office position based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, involving close collaboration with product, design, engineering, and business teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business models, conducting market and customer research, driving go-to-market and sales initiatives, and overseeing core operational decisions.

The Co-Founder will participate in funding and partnership discussions, support hiring and team development, and help establish processes that enable ventures to scale.



The role requires hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and tactical execution to build companies from concept to market-ready enterprises.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, assess opportunities, and make evidence-based decisions.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate across disciplines, and engage with external stakeholders.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, with the capability to drive customer acquisition, develop go-to-market strategies, and support revenue growth.

Solid research skills for market analysis, customer discovery, competitive benchmarking, and validation of new venture concepts.

Experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or leading early-stage initiatives is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership of outcomes.

Background in business, technology, or a related field; prior startup or product management experience is an advantage.
