Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of ventures built at Parshva Technologies. This is a full-time, in office position based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, involving close collaboration with product, design, engineering, and business teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business models, conducting market and customer research, driving go-to-market and sales initiatives, and overseeing core operational decisions.

The Co-Founder will participate in funding and partnership discussions, support hiring and team development, and help establish processes that enable ventures to scale.



The role requires hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and tactical execution to build companies from concept to market-ready enterprises.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, assess opportunities, and make evidence-based decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate across disciplines, and engage with external stakeholders.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with the capability to drive customer acquisition, develop go-to-market strategies, and support revenue growth.

- Solid research skills for market analysis, customer discovery, competitive benchmarking, and validation of new venture concepts.

- Experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or leading early-stage initiatives is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership of outcomes.

- Background in business, technology, or a related field; prior startup or product management experience is an advantage.
