As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder based in India who shares our long-term vision and is ready to build a global media company from the ground up.

About the Role

This is not a conventional job—it's a founding opportunity.

The selected Co-Founder will work directly with the Founder to shape Attlas Wire's strategy, oversee business operations, drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, raise capital, and establish the company as a leading digital media brand in India and globally.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and independent journalism, and who is willing to commit both professionally and financially to the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Attlas Wire's business and growth strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships with businesses, media organizations, advertisers, and institutions.
- Lead fundraising initiatives and investor engagement.
- Develop sustainable revenue streams through advertising, sponsorships, subscriptions, branded content, licensing, and events.




- Recruit and build high-performing editorial, technology, and business teams.
- Oversee operations, business development, and strategic planning.
- Represent Attlas Wire at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Drive national and international expansion.

Ideal Candidate
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a global company.
- Experience in media, technology, startups, business development, consulting, finance, or marketing.
- Robust leadership, networking, and communication skills.
- Ability to execute strategy and scale operations.
- Passion for credible journalism, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Compensation & Investment This is an equity-based founding role . Instead of a salary during the initial phase, the successful candidate will receive meaningful equity ownership in Attlas Wire.

As a genuine founding partner, the Co-Founder is also expected to make a financial investment in the company to support its early-stage operations, product development, market expansion, and growth initiatives. The investment amount and equity allocation will be mutually agreed upon based on the candidate's experience, commitment, strategic value, and level of participation.

As Attlas Wire grows, secures investment, and generates sustainable revenue, the role is expected to transition into a salaried executive position while the Co-Founder continues to retain their equity ownership.
