HBF Direct Limited is a Venture Studio that builds, scales, and invests in product and service companies . We partner with entrepreneurs, create new ventures, solve business challenges, and help businesses grow.

We are looking for an ambitious Co-Founder who wants to build companies—not just work in one.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with the Founder/Venture Studio Team to build and scale new businesses.
- Identify opportunities and solve real business problems.
- Launch and grow product and service companies.
- Drive sales, partnerships, and business development.
- Build strong relationships with founders, investors, shareholders, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and investor interactions.
- Leverage AI, digital tools, and the internet to improve business execution.
- Take complete ownership of projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Be ready to travel across India whenever required.

Who We're Looking For




- Around 25 years old with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Smart, confident, and excellent at sales and networking.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Internet-savvy and comfortable using AI, social media, and digital platforms.
- A fast learner who loves solving problems.
- Willing to work hard, take responsibility, and think like a business owner.
