CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with relevant hands-on experience in operating and setting CNC machines. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, quality-focused, and able to work efficiently in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CNC machines as per production requirements and work instructions.
- Perform machine setting, tool changes, and basic offset adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, measurements, and tolerances.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve daily production targets.
- Identify basic machine/process issues and coordinate with the maintenance or production team.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.





Required Skills & Experience

- Relevant experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and basic machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet production requirements.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in CNC turning/milling, machine setting, and production inspection will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
