Job Purpose

“This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.”Duties and Responsibilities

- Analysis of various RBI guidelines and its impact on business operations
- Performing a health check on the various system data points from a regulatory perspective and identification of gaps and finalization of mitigation measures in alignment with concerned stakeholders
- Vetting of product SOP and Board policy in line with Regulatory Requirement.
- Handling annual / periodic Regulatory inspection / data requirements
- Review of system enhancements and system functionality changes from regulatory perspective
- Preparation and presentation of the findings and actionable to management
- Identification and analysis of gaps in the processes from a regulatory perspective




- Liaoning with the various business and function teams for rectification of process gaps
- Review of specific business / function and process from regulatory perspective.
- Working on data analytics tool developmentRequired Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant with minimum 5-6 years of experience in the field of Regulatory reporting / Regulatory inspection handling of NBFCs banks.
- Thorough knowledge on regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines)
- MS Excel proficiency
- High analytical abilities
- Exceptional communicational skills
