Role Description The Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure cloud infrastructure to support Searchlyst’s AI-driven products and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, monitoring system performance, and optimizing resource usage across environments.

The Lead will troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, oversee backup and disaster recovery strategies, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. Collaboration with engineering and product teams to improve reliability, streamline workflows,



and introduce best practices in DevOps will be a core part of this role.

Qualifications

Solid experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (for example Terraform or CloudFormation).

Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar).

Hands-on skills in scripting or programming (such as Python, Bash, or similar) for automation, tooling, and system integration.

Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch) to maintain high availability and performance.

Experience implementing security best practices, including access control, network security, encryption, and compliance frameworks relevant to cloud environments.

Background in managing Linux-based production systems, performance tuning, and troubleshooting distributed applications.

Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior leadership experience in a DevOps or cloud infrastructure role is preferred Preferrence only to delhi ncr based candidates. Min 3+ years experience.
