Job Responsibilities of Client Service Manager (2-4years experience)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to manage client relationships, ensure seamless project execution, and drive strategic marketing conversations. This role acts as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and client satisfaction.

Client Service Executive Responsibilities

- Managing existing client relationships
- Have a keen eye on data & trends; leverage analytics for better sales/service

-Collaborate with other team members to provide prompt solutions to clients

- Research and identify recent trends in Social Media/Google/digital
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, performance) for all deliverables
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, creatives, and marketing activities

- Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status updates

- Ensure quality control before final delivery to clients
- Review content calendars, creatives, and campaign strategies




- Prepare and present monthly/weekly performance reports
- Ensure timely invoice tracking and payment follow-ups

Skills And Qualifications

. 2-4 years of experience prefereably in digital/creative agency

· Familiarity with Digital Platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.

· Knowledge of Digital advertising environment

· Excellent English communication and presentation skills

· Good Working knowledge of Word/Excel/PPT etc.

· Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

· Passion towards work and willingness to learn

· Commitment towards responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
