Client Servicing Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days WFO, 3 days WFH

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in client servicing or digital marketing is a plus

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who is organized, proactive, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in marketing.

You will work closely with clients and internal creative, content, strategy, and media teams to manage and execute digital marketing projects across multiple industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to social media marketing, branding, websites, content, campaigns, and client management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and learning how digital marketing projects come together from brief to execution.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling queries, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Coordinate and execute branding, website, social media marketing, and digital marketing projects.
- Understand client briefs, requirements, brand guidelines, and objectives, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Work closely with creative, content, strategy, design, and media teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, task lists, and reports.




- Follow up with internal teams and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Proactively identify potential issues, suggest solutions, and escalate concerns when required.
- Build a strong understanding of each client's brand, tone of voice, audience, and marketing goals.
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Develop a working understanding of social media platforms and how digital campaigns are executed end-to-end.

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of how social media and digital marketing campaigns work.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, someone who follows through without constant supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Docs, Excel, and Canva.




- Must have a personal laptop suitable for meetings and basic work requirements.
- Must be based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
- Must be comfortable travelling to Navi Mumbai twice a week for office days and anywhere in Mumbai for shoots.
