We provide fully managed WordPress websites to businesses in the United States on a monthly subscription (SaaS model). Our partners and their clients get qualified websites without the technical headaches, and we handle design, hosting, security, and ongoing maintenance.

We're growing and need people who can connect with US-based prospects, guide them through our offering, and build lasting client relationships. What you'll actually do

Reach out to potential partners and clients in the US market via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Follow a structured sales playbook (scripts, sequences, and SOPs are already built for you). Guide prospects through the service, match them to the right plan, and close.

Stay in touch with clients after the sale to make sure they're happy, handle questions, and spot upsell opportunities. Track your pipeline in our CRM and keep notes clean. This is NOT a random cold-calling job.

You'll sell a real, clearly defined product with transparent pricing, to a specific audience, using a proven process. You'll know exactly who to contact, what to say, and how to close. Who fits well





Comfortable speaking and writing in English (you'll work with US clients daily). 0 to 3 years in sales, business development, customer success, BPO, or KPO. Willing to work US-overlap hours (evening shift or split shift) will be advantageous. Curious about SaaS, web services, or digital marketing, even if you haven't worked in it before. Someone who follows a process but can think on their feet when a prospect pushes back. What you get

Fixed monthly salary based on experience:

Freshers (0 -6 month): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experienced: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month Plus uncapped sales incentives and performance bonuses on top. 2-month structured training with ongoing support. Realistic targets reviewed quarterly (one bad month doesn't define you). Direct exposure to the US market and SaaS business model. A clear growth path as the team scales.
