Position Summary

If you have a sales background with a mix of creativity, technical skills spiritual; DNA, then this just may be the role for you. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on sales professional who is passionate about selling consultative services to build brands, generate awareness, demand leads. You ll be responsible for selling our products services to our leads/clients

You will drive the conversion of new leads, engaging prospects in the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs expectations are met exceeded
- Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to Develop execute campaign that would lead to enhancement of the sales
- Performance: Cross Functional Interaction, Target incentive-based performance
- Generating sales leads: Conversion of leads to potential clients, Generating Sales from current clients on a weekly basis (Leads will be provided by the Company)
- Sales calls: This is a Tele-Sales Job which will require you to make minimum of 35 Calls a day
- Product Knowledge: Handling, explaining the products,



services to the client closing sales, Generate awareness demand for Soul Miracles products services
- Sales Pipeline: Strategically create, oversee the management of the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth client satisfaction, Cross sell Upsell of the services

Qualification Skills

- Hands on experience of talking to client
- Good communication skills
- Capability of securing successful sales outcomes
- Tools experience in some or most of the following: G-Suite, Sales management on Social Media platforms
- Self-directed proactive approach to tackling problems leveraging resource
- Ability to collaboratively work with various team members across the organization Should exhibit accountability, ownership decision-making capabilities
- Ability to empathize understand Client s problems accurately provide solution on the same
- Quick on the uptake a solution-based mindset
- Good at multitasking
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic working environment
